Everything is shipped within 24 hours of purchase except on a Friday afternoon, Weekends and Bank Holidays(Scottish bank holidays vary from the rest of the UK). We ship to the address provided if address is either wrong or incomplete we take no responsibility if your item doesn't arrive or is delayed. Everything is sent via royal mail 2nd class which is 3-5 day service or Airmail which is a 7-14 day service. We do offer express service for the UK this is special delivery however this does exclude certain Islands as they don't do next day service. Express out of the UK please message for a quote.

Returns

We accept any returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be sent back in original packaging. Any returns returned to us damaged without prior notice, been used or poorly packed will not be refunded. Products need to be in an acceptable condition for resale.
